Order
If you’re interested in any of our products and like to place order from us, please provide us the following information via e-mail to shirfond@yahoo.com.sg or submit your order form via the side menu order icon.
- Full Name
- E-mail Address
- Mailing Address
- Product Item No (E.g. P006D1. If more than one items, separate them by comma. Our product
is handmade, so currently limited to one and only piece)
- Delivery Method (Refer to Delivery Methods note)
- Special request if any
** Payment only available as POSB Bank transfer

Currently we only accept payment through:

Delivery Methods
All prices shown not inclusive of postage cost. Please take note of the additional charges for following delivery methods:
- Normal Mail Postage
Additional charges of SGD$1.50 (minimum). Charges vary with weight of item. For normal mail, we are
not held responsible for any lost or damaged item.
- Registered Mail Postage
Additional charges of SGD$3.80 (minimum). Charges vary with weight of item. Customers can log on to
www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp site to check on the status of your item by keying in the Singapore
Post Registered Article Number provided to you.
For Singpost Registered Delivery Service:
Do note that someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for
the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or
re- delivery, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
We greatly encourage customers to take up registered mail. For normal mail, we will not be liable for any lost or damaged items.
Purchase Process
Place your order by e-mailing us the Order Information.
Once we received your order, we will acknowledge you via e-mail to confirm on the availability of product and provide our Bank Account Number for your payment.
You are advised to make payment within 3 days after we acknowledge your order. We reserve the right to release your ordered items if we do not receive payment within 3 days, to be fair to the other customers. Please remember to e-mail us at shirfond@yahoo.com.sg with the following information after you have made the payment.
- your name
- order product item no
- payment amount
- date of payment
- payment method
- transaction reference number
Orders will be processed after payment is made. After we have mailed out your order, you will receive a dispatch email from us. For customers who opt for registered mail, we will provide you with a registered article (RA) number to check the status of your order at the Singapore Post website.
Your order will reach you within 10 working days.

- All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars.
- All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We have tried to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. The actual colors you see
will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colors will be accurate.
- We will not be held responsible for anything that happens to the goods after transaction.
- Presently order only available within Singapore.
